Made-to-Order Production  
All G13 Athletic Co. products are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Producing items on demand allows us to reduce waste and maintain high quality standards.

Processing Time  
Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be produced before they are shipped. During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times  
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–15 business days  
International: 10–21 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking Information  
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package and delivery status.

Incorrect Address  
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds if an incorrect address is entered.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
G13 Athletic Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing once the package has been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations  
Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
